Generalization
That is not a word we are familiar with as we do not offer generalization within our reports.
Customized, Clear, Concise and Comprehensive
Our reports are just that reports, we do not provide a glorified copy of a checklist and say its a report.

Our customized reports only include items that are relevant to your property and we break down each area and each room which are identified by location, such as Front of House / Left Side Room and not Room #1, Room # 2.
We had to come up with something to justify getting paid!
No, not at all, all information on our reports is based on facts and many hours of research.
(and no, Social media is NOT considered a research avenue)
Photographs
Photographs are included where you need them, not at the back of the report, so page flipping skills are not required.
Summary Report
All of our Home Inspection report include a preceding summary, that highlights reviewable, urgent and safety items.
Safety / Urgent Item Report
If any Safety / Urgent items are found we also include a separate Safety & Urgent item report which provides a  summary of our critical findings.
