Inspection Conditions
These conditions are placed for our protection and to ensure
that when we arrive that the inspection will proceed.
No one likes arriving to work to find out they will not get paid for the day.
A $25 charge will be added if payment is not received within 5 hours after the conclusion of the inspection, and each 8 hours thereafter.
If you are not attending the inspection, payment is due within 4 hours after the scheduled start time or 1 hour after the conclusion whichever is sooner. (Don't worry we will text you when we are done).
The inspection may be stopped without warning if at any point the inspector feels in danger, threatened or harassed by any method to include but not limited to animals or people, at which point no report will be furnished and the full payment will still be due within 24 hours of the original scheduled time.
If the Inspection is stopped by the Client / Agent for any reason not under the control of the Inspector the full inspection fee will still be due. (No report will be furnished).
If the Inspection is canceled less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time by the Client or either Agent(s) for any reason not under the control of the Inspector the full inspection fee will be due within 24 hours of the original scheduled time.
If after 30 minutes of the scheduled inspection time, the Inspector has not gained access to the property for reasons beyond the control of the inspector the full inspection fee will still be due within 24 hours of the scheduled time. (This includes gate access).
Payment FAQs
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash.
We do not accept Checks, nor do we Escrow bill.
(Credit Card type payments are contingent on cell service)
Why don't we require prepayment ?
We actually get asked that a lot, we believe you have enough on your mind with your purchase, than to worry if an Inspector is going to run off with your money and not even show up at the inspection and then 'ghost' on you.
What if you can't make the inspection ?
No worries, we accept Zelle, Venmo and can Invoice.
A $7.50 service charge will be added for invoicing if advance notice (24Hr+) is not given.
Leary about paying in advance, well we are too, so we will send you out a text or have your Agent send you a text once the inspection is complete so you can pay at that time.e
